This patient presents high risk for subsidence and yet still none present. Also notice the absence of supplemental biologics which would show up as radio-opaque calcium in the disc space and mask bone healing. Further, notice that the end plates have resorbed, signaling bone healing and implant integration. (New bone is radiolucent, whereas biologics and old bone are radio-opaque).
